FAQ
ANSWERS WITHOUT THE RUNAROUND.
The practical LVL2 questions in one place: what is free right now, how booking works, where Store fits, and how clients get help.
Billing and payments
Money, deposits, and pricing
Yes. The Free plan is free forever. Paid deposits, platform tools, and access to eligible instant payouts are included across plans. Tiers only change the client-paid deposit fee, the merch fee as a share of profit, and support. See Free, Plus, and Pro.
Yes — deposit checkout is live. Clients pay through your booking flow and funds land in your connected account. Standard payouts follow your account schedule; eligible accounts can request instant payouts for a 2.5% fee subject to provider terms. See our deposits and payouts guide.
Any subscription, deposit, processor fee, platform fee, or split-payment charge will be shown clearly before payment is collected. Nothing gets charged silently.
Booking and clients
Requests, approvals, and client flow
Clients use your public booking page to send the details that matter: service, placement, references, schedule needs, and contact info. You can review requests before they turn into confirmed appointments.
Yes. LVL2 is built around artist control. You can review the request, message the client, adjust details, and confirm only when the appointment makes sense.
Yes — Google Calendar two-way sync. Connect your Google account from Integrations in Settings: confirmed appointments are written to your Google Calendar automatically, and events already on your Google Calendar block those times so new requests cannot double-book you.
Stores and discovery
Public pages, Store, and getting found
Yes. Artist public pages are user-themed. LVL2 keeps shared behavior consistent while preserving the artist's own identity, visuals, and booking context.
Support and trust
Security, data, and help
Email support@lvl2.ink or use the contact page. LVL2 also lists public support details for account, billing, receipt, invoice, and platform questions.
LVL2 is designed around secure account access, explicit client flows, and controlled workspace data. Sensitive payment details are handled by payment processors when payment features are active.
Clients can use their client portal or request-status link to track appointments, messages, reviews, payments when enabled, and follow-up details.
